It was a fun AND full day! I traveled to U of I to speak at the ACES graduation on behalf of the alumni in the morning. I had the opportunity to meet and sit next to the founder of Pampered Chef, Doris Christopher (hope to post pictures soon). Very cool! I was back in Belleville in time for a delicious family dinner at my mom's!!
