Sad news today . . . . .We found out that Daisy has cancer. She had surgery to remove a lump on her ear earlier this week. The biopsy results revealed an aggressive form of cancer. We will go to a vet oncologist next. She has "mast" cells which are apparently aggressive but we don't know much else.
Daisy is 4.5 years old and she is my daily companion. She has also been my comfort thru some emotional times before our kids.
I am not sure what all of this means but it is certainly scary and sad. She is loved by so many people at Eckert's. . . . more soon on what we can do for her.
