Adoption Post Placement Visit

Tonite several families who are waiting to adopt and several who have already adopted met at Eckert's restaurant. This also counted as one of our post-placement visits for Theo. Our social worker asked several questions about Theo and his development. An update will then be sent to Eastern in South Korea to let them know how we are doing. We did not have to turn in any pictures or paperwork with this visit so it was pretty simple!



We spent the rest of the evening socializing with the other families. Here is Theo and Josiah who we met in S.Korea! Big brother Issac is in the background.

Mason was escorted to the US a few months ago and he is doing great!

Theo made a new friend tonite, Zane! We think they rival each other on the crazy hair trait :)

And, Ella . . . . she and her guiping sister Julia were running so fast, I failed to take an un-blurred photo!!

The Belleville News Democrat also attended our meeting to photograph and interview our familes. They are planning a future article on the support playgroup and webgroup our local adoptive families have created. The photographer took hundreds of pictures! Hope to see something very soon!!
