Ella has been talking for 2 months about getting her haircut short. She is inspired dually by her guiping sisters with short hair and Taylor of HighSchool Musical 3. So, I finally caved in but chickened-out on the "taking her" part. Thanks to Yellow Maw-Maw (my mom) who took her Sunday to get her new "big girl haircut." Her hair is 8 inches shorter but I swear she gained a year in age!
Monday was picture day at school. I am sure Ella was grinning ear to ear. Here is the glamourous look she shot me :)
Monday night our family had a "Fancy Nancy Dinner Party." We were inspired by one of Ella's favorite books "Fancy Nancy." We had fancy pizza and fancy ice cream. Even Theo got fancy. What fun!
