On December 15th, 2007 we received the "referral" for Joeng Joon. He was born July1 and is currently residing in foster care in South Korea. We are thrilled to begin our journey to bring him home to Illinois sometime in the next 4-6 months! Mom, Dad and sister can't wait!!
