Another Good Mail Day

Today we received notice from DCFS (Department of Child and Family Services) that we have been approved for placement of "a minor from Korea." We are in legal accordance with the Child Care Act and Theo's (Jeong Joon's) papers will be forwarded on to the international services within Illinois. Again, more good news but no further indication of how our travel is coming along. More soon we hope!
