Theo continues to be entertained by the construction crew. The bricklayers were especially fasinating! Theo eats and plays at the kitchen table so he doesn't miss a beat.
A block perimeter was put in place. Then we recieved about 6 truck loads of rock to raise up the future floor and patio.This week has been concrete trucks aplenty! Theo liked watching that too. Some of the concrete is still wet in these photos. The wind was awful today. 
The crew even parked a truck across the yard to block the wind. This photo is looking out our current kitchen window at the future floor of the kitchen, laundry and mud rooms.
The above photo is the view out the backdoor. The edge (on left) will have the fireplace and 2 sliding door leading to the patio. It is all starting to take shape!
