Woo Hoo- my sister is married AND I have a new brother-in-law!!! What an awesome wedding in an amazing setting!! The cermony was written and presented beautifully. Of course, I cried. Maine was gorgeous, rain and all, but in my opinion, the bride stole the show. Okay, maybe the flower girls stole a tiny part of the show too.
Many many photos were snapped, these are a few of the favorites.

As far as the Eckert family goes, we did well functioning away from home in new beds! Theo boycotted sleep for the most part.
Ella traveled like a pro. She juggled her own suitcase and thank goodness she did. We had 2 car seats, a stroller, a 2 yr old, a 5.5 yr old, 2 kid backpacks, my tote and 3 suitcases. I am not sure what we would have done if she hadn't carted her own luggage!!
Theo refused to get off the plane in Boston on his own will. It required careful maneuvering of non-bending Theo to get off the plane. A 15 minute episode of all-out-screaming had us wishing the flight was a little longer.
On the flip side, he loved watching the planes at the airport gates and felt obliged to shout out: "(a)Nother one coming .... BIG ONE" every time he saw a plane land! It was so darn cute to us. Most likely it was not-so-cute to the time-passers reading books.
We are back in Belle-vegas getting used to our regular schedule. We are exhausted for sure.
It was a nice extended weekend with family and a gorgeous wedding to talk about . . .
I hope to provide a link to the professional photos sometime soon.
