We cut a douglas fir today and picked out a frasier fir from the precut tree lot. (I love frasiers but our climate is too hot to grow them on the tree farm so we buy them in.) Contrary to our expectations, Theo was not too interested in the cutting experience. He was impressed with the tree up in the house and he keeps asking "Daddy? You make it?"
Ella, on the other hand, is a pro. She knows just how to hold on to the tree to help dad drag it to the truck.
Now, on to the decorating!
